For families who prefer not to design and build their new mountain home, Balsam Mountain Preserve makes the process easy and enjoyable.  Buyers may choose one of our Featured Builder homes (either under construction or completed), which have been crafted by some of western North Carolina's finest builders, or they may select from a special collection of private owner resales.  Homes available for purchase start at $1,250,000 and range to over $2,000,000.
