Balsam Mountain Preserve offers hundreds of events and activities each year for the enjoyment of every generation.  Our team's emphasis on the advancement of lifelong learning is a commitment we take very seriously. 

Take a look at our 2011 Calendar of Events, which focuses on everything from guided nature walks to kids clubs to offsite excursions. Depending on the time of year, you'll see special events that have become annual family traditions, including the 4th of July parade and family picnic, Summer Kids Camps that emphasize nature, sports, and arts and crafts, the Kentucky Derby party, and the Memorial Day and Thanksgiving holiday gatherings.
